Continuous, Reliable Service
HMF Impulse Testers simulate rigorous test conditions in a controlled laboratory environment, providing positive quality assurance.

Data Acquisition
Data acquisition logs cycle count, outlet manifold oil temperature, pressure rise, peak pressure and test sample default modes. Test data is stored for future hard copy printouts.

Operator Interface
An operator interface is connected to a PLC, allowing test parameters to be entered or changed on the fly. The operator interface displays ongoing test data.

Safety Features
The PLC shuts down testing operations the moment a sample failure occurs. Built-in diagnostics precisely locate and identify the faults to facilitate corrective actions by your operators. Sensors located on the test chamber provide fast shutdown in the event the chamber doors are opened while the Impulse Tester is in operation. Safety glass windows allow safe viewing of test chamber.

Remote Controls
The electronic console is an independent, freestanding unit which isolates it from heat, vibration and shock of the test machine. The console can be positioned or relocated to a convenient location.

No Operator Required
HMF Impulse Testers are programmable for continuous, unattended testing, 24 hours a day, for extended time periods.

Efficient Design
The test chamber is housed in a totally enclosed cabinet. Large access doors swing wide to expose components and the entire test chamber area, making test hose setup easy and efficient. Ample lighting is provided to aid setup and viewing of the test chamber area. Built-in drain sump, piped back to the hydraulic reservoir through a filter and drain valve, aids cleanup after a hose failure.

Long-term Value
Rugged components and precision manufacturing include a welded steel frame and heavy gauge sheet metal (painted to your color specifications), ensuring years of reliable service. The test chamber area and trim are manufactured of stainless steel to provide clean, easy-to-care-for surfaces.
